Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-regulated services. The site provides navigation to release-record and offender-search resources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
This private reference site is independent of all government offices. It stores no official custody files and cannot confirm release, free a person, alter a record, or submit documents for a visitor.
Its statewide pages point to New Mexico county release records, NMCD resources, courts, VINE, BOP, ICE, and outside search tools. The county directory routes local requests to the right place.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or access for others.
- Do not violate any law through the site.
- Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Do not make employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
- Do not seek access to systems or data without permission.

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited
New Mexico Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service. Advertising partners do not provide those services through this site. You agree not to use site information for:
