Why This Site Exists
New Mexico release information is spread among separate custodians. A county jail records a local release, including exits on bond or after time served. The New Mexico Corrections Department maintains the statewide NMCD offender search for state prisoners and people under probation or parole supervision, although an inactive result does not by itself prove a final discharge. Federal prison releases belong in the BOP system, while recent immigration-custody changes use ICE records. This site serves as a statewide routing point to those official systems and to each county's local release-record process.

This is a private reference site. It is not connected with NMCD, the New Mexico Parole Board, a county sheriff, a jail, a court, VINELink, BOP, ICE, or any other government body.
